02 · Give timeOffer practical skills, shopping help, gardening or a little of your time. We’ll review your offer before arranging any help.

We welcome requests from the UK and countries across Africa. Support depends on available funding, local volunteers and partners in your area. Please include your country and town so we can assess what is possible.
Requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee funding or a volunteer. This is not an emergency response service.

More than a moment of help
Neighbours Keeper exists to help people settle, work, grow and belong. Our vision connects neighbours across borders, beginning with the UK and Africa. We welcome people facing hardship, including immigrant communities, families and individuals who need a helping hand.
We believe support should protect dignity, strengthen confidence and open doors. Through our Neighbour in Need programme, we receive requests for practical help, essential goods and small hardship support, alongside referrals and longer-term guidance.
THE NEIGHBOURS KEEPER PROMISE
Human connection. Practical direction.
Belonging that lasts.
